Why cant we have nice things? I don't get it. I am sick and tired of the "Blue Collar", we don't need nice things attitude that has been attributed to Buffalo. I like winning and good players. I don't need a player to be "...a hard worker who pulls up their sleeves and tries real hard". Yes, those things are important but it comes down to one thing, can said athlete play at a high level in their respective sport? I feel like this mentality is seeping into the new stadium talks. "We don't need a new stadium downtown, the stadium is fine the way it is". -Random person I heard at the bar last weekend. Really? It is? Have you visited stadiums across the league? New Era Field needs a lot of work. It is not fine the way it is. I am leaning slightly towards downtown for reasons not to do with football, besides that I would be ok with Orchard Park or another location close to where it is now. I just want a NEW stadium.
