Do something. That is what I will be saying all season long. The puck drops on the Buffalo Sabres season and to be honest, I am already pissed. I feel like it has more to do with me preparing myself for what is to come. Every other year I came in positive. They have the two pieces that are the toughest to get, #1 Center and #1 Defenseman. Then, the season starts and by the end of the 1st period I'm yelling at the TV. I don't know if Marty Funicane's view on the Sabres is rubbing off on me but how can we be this bad for so long? Worst to first is not out of the norm in the NHL. Do something. 

This team has beaten and tortured its fan base to a point where we cant even get happy when the team scores. If you watch all the games, you know as soon as the Sabres score a majority of the time the other team will score soon after. Beaten and tortured its fan base to a point where we cant get happy about a 10 game win streak. Beaten and tortured its fan base to a point where we cant get happy about a lead because like the Bills they will sit back and try to hold on. Do something.

Eichel needs to step his game up even more than he has. He is being compared to all other elite players in the league. Last night, Matthews had 2 goals (easy goals, but all of his are), McDavid had a game winning goal. Eichel needs to do something. Elite players are scoring high 90’s and even in 100’s points a season. I need him to be up there with the best if this team is going to go anywhere. Mittelstadt, its your time. This team has given you all of the chances to succeed. I see all of the skill sets and talent, but that needs to turn into goals if he wants to stay on this team. 9 & 37 need to step their game up if this team to making the playoffs. It cant be all Eichel and Skinner with some help from Reinhart. Can we get a 10-13 goal scorer from the 4th line? Can we get rid of Risto of have him turn into what he was supposed to 5 years ago? Can we get regulation wins? I have so many questions. They will not get answered tonight but as the season plays out we will see if Botterills “vision” will work. 

As I say all this I will be in front of my TV for every game rooting for the team, hoping for the best, but expecting the worse. The Bills brought me back from the dead in regards to believing. After last 4-5 Sabres seasons I am dead, in the coffin, and buried when it comes to Hockey in Buffalo. I will tell you this. When they score their first goal tonight I will be like Undertaker in a buried alive match. They always pull me back until they bury me again. Please Ralph Kruger, Jason Botterill, and the whole Sabres team.. . . Do something. 


A new coach. A new roster. A new third Jersey. A new place in the standings??? I hope so.

What a sad fan base that a twitter poll means this much to them. . . My plan was to go over the disturbing Game Of Thrones poster for the up coming series final on April 14th.  If this poster is foreshadowing anything its complete destruction. I CANT WAIT!!! Now onto something I had no idea I was going to talk about or even think about again, a sad sad fan base, the Tennessee Titans. When Fox Sports came out with a bracket for best NFL fan base I knew the Buffalo Bills would do well. It means nothing but it was fun to pay attention to and see how they fared. Bills beat out, in my opinion, some of the best fan bases in the NFL to get to the final four. Seattle, Green Bay, and Saints. When I saw we would be going up against the Titans I easily chalked this up as a win. When the voting was over I checked Twitter and we lost. I was surprised seeing when I first checked Bills were up around 70% to 30% and didn't think Titans had enough fans to make up that difference. In a way I

Not only with staying safe, but staying sane. My family is doing really well at the staying safe part.  Its the sane part that I am struggling with. 2020. You started out so well. Seven days in you gave me my son Rocco and things were looking upward. Then it all went to shit. Not with Rocco just with everything that is going on. Instead of taking Rocco out in to the world we are showing him around our 1200sq foot loft with no yard and only 3 small windows that will open. COVID-19 has taken over 2020.
