Why cant we have nice things?  I don't get it. I am sick and tired of the "Blue Collar", we don't need nice things attitude that has been attributed to Buffalo. I like winning and good players. I don't need a player to be "...a hard worker who pulls up their sleeves and tries real hard". Yes, those things are important but it comes down to one thing, can said athlete play at a high level in their respective sport? I feel like this mentality is seeping into the new stadium talks. "We don't need a new stadium downtown, the stadium is fine the way it is". -Random person I heard at the bar last weekend. Really? It is? Have you visited stadiums across the league? Only 3 episodes left and I am sad. S8 E3 Was exactly what I expected from a -on the edge of my seat and heart pounding- perspective. I love how it was broken down into 3 different types of movies. Suspense, horror, and action. Besides the lighting of the whole episode I thought it was a success. In the first 10 minutes they set the scene on how Fucked Winterfell would be when they sent the Dothraki's in first. One by one their fire went out. What a sad fan base that a twitter poll means this much to them. . . My plan was to go over the disturbing Game Of Thrones poster for the up coming series final on April 14th.  If this poster is foreshadowing anything its complete destruction. I CANT WAIT!!! Now onto something I had no idea I was going to talk about or even think about again, a sad sad fan base, the Tennessee Titans. When Fox Sports came out with a bracket for best NFL fan base I knew the Buffalo Bills would do well. It means nothing but it was fun to pay attention to and see how they fared. Bills beat out, in my opinion, some of the best fan bases in the NFL to get to the final four. Seattle, Green Bay, and Saints. When I saw we would be going up against the Titans I easily chalked this up as a win. When the voting was over I checked Twitter and we lost. If you want to go out with friends or go somewhere to watch sports. These bars are a great idea. I have said this multiple times, I hate paying $5 for any domestic beer, sadly that seems to be the trend lately.  In my travels I have come across some sweet spots to not only watch sports but to hang out with friends without spending $23 on an IPA and $10 for a Bud Light (exaggeration). I am not moving and will be here forever, but man does this city piss me off.          I love and hate this city. Buffalo. Yes, Brandon the die hard Sabres and Bills fan. Brandon the guy who lives downtown and makes a point to travel to as many new bars and breweries in the city and surrounding areas.             I have been living in downtown Buffalo since 2012. I figured that was the best place to be. I was 25 years old and wanted to be in the middle of everything. I moved to North Street, 1 block away from Allen. It was fun. Walking distance to a lot of bars. I had a rooftop patio overlooking the city. From there I moved 1 block right onto Allen, across the street from Brick Bar.
